We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Each piece is crafted with care, and we strive to ensure your satisfaction through a transparent and fair return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our studio team with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Shipment

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization form is included inside.

• 3.
  Dispatch Package

  Ship the package using a trackable carrier of your choice; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Process & Refund

  Once our studio inspects and approves the returned garment, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
